Relocation requirements in hospitality

From boutique hotels to QSR chains, we move FF&E, kitchen equipment and banquet inventory with the discretion and speed your operations demand.

Commercial moves in this sector are judged on downtime, not on how neatly the cartons were stacked. Our planning therefore starts from the date and hour you need to be operational, and works backwards through placement, transit, loading, packing, labelling and survey. Every asset gets an identifier that appears on the packing list, on the carton and on the destination floor plan.

How the engagement runs

A site survey establishes the asset count, access constraints and any equipment that needs specialist handling. From that we issue a written move plan with a schedule, a labelling scheme, crew sizes per shift and a named project manager. Execution usually happens outside business hours or across a weekend so that operations are not interrupted.

After the move you receive a reconciled inventory report — every asset accounted for against the original list — which is what finance and audit teams actually need to close the project.

  • Free pre-move site survey and written move plan
  • Barcoded or numbered asset inventory reconciled after the move
  • After-hours and weekend execution windows
  • Insurance sized to the declared value of equipment
  • Single project manager and daily progress reporting

Hospitality relocation — frequently asked questions

Can the move happen without stopping operations?

In most hospitality projects, yes. We schedule packing and transit for evenings and weekends and phase the move so that a working area is always available.

How is high-value equipment protected?

Sensitive equipment is packed in anti-static or foam-lined crates, moved on air-suspension vehicles where required, and insured for its declared replacement value.

Do you provide documentation for audit?

Yes — a reconciled asset inventory, GST invoices, e-way bills and condition reports are issued as part of every commercial engagement.
